Sunrise Home Health Care is Medicare and Medicaid-certified, licensed through the State of Colorado and is an ACHC accredited agency.
We are an independent, locally owned and operated agency that has earned a reputation for excellence. Because of this, we are able to tailor our care to the needs of our patients without the restrictive approach that large corporate companies sometimes deliver. Many of our clinicians are multilingual and our entire team is aware and sensitive to the unique needs of a diverse community.

With Sunrise, you can remain at home, in a safe, comfortable and familiar environment. All of our patients reserve the right to choose their own physicians. We will contact the doctor of your choice to obtain orders, or refer you to physicians who will visit you in the comfort of your own home.
At Sunrise Home Health Care, we recognize that patients often feel more comfortable and, in some cases, recover more quickly, when they receive care from nurses and other caregivers who speak their language and reflect their cultural and ethnic backgrounds.
