If you or a loved one requires home health care services, Sunrise Home Health Care is here for you. Located in Denver, Sunrise Home Health Care was established to bridge the gap that can often exist between independence and quality of life. We offer an array of services from qualified healthcare professionals to let our patients lead healthy and happy lives in the familiar setting of their own homes.
Sunrise Home Health Care is Medicare and Medicaid certified, and is a CHAP accredited agency in addition to being licensed by the state. We are an independent locally owned and operated agency that has earned a reputation of excellence in the Denver community. Because of this, we are able to tailor our care to the needs of our patients without the restrictive approach that large corporate companies sometimes deliver. Many of our clinicians are multilingual and our entire team is aware and sensitive to the unique needs of a diverse community.
With Sunrise Home Health Care, you can remain at home, in a safe, comfortable and familiar environment. All of our patients reserve the right to choose their own physicians. We will contact the doctor of your choice to obtain orders, or refer to physicians who will visit you in the comfort of your own home. At Sunrise Home Health Care, we recognize that patients often feel more comfortable and, in some cases, recover more quickly, when they receive care from nurses and other caregivers who speak their language and reflect their cultural and ethnic backgrounds. With that in mind, we have developed multicultural programs to serve patients throughout Greater Denver’s diverse communities.

Aging, serious illness, long-term injury recovery and other health challenges can dramatically change lifestyles, making regular medical attention necessary. Home health care is the perfect solution for those who need medical services, therapy, counseling, and help with day-to-day tasks, but do not want to remain in a skilled nursing facility, or hospital. MEDICAL SOCIAL WORKERS
Learning about a serious illness can be a devastating shock, and the ensuing changes to one's life can be extremely difficult to adapt to. When you or a loved one suffers a serious illness or injury, you may be so overwhelmed with handling the physical side of your illness that you disregard the social and psychological facets of your health.
f you or a loved one faces any number of conditions that make it challenging to move, your doctor may prescribe physical therapy. Our physical therapists can help you recover mobility to make getting around your house — and getting back on your feet — easier. Sunrise Home Health Care combines the latest technology and hands-on care to ensure the right treatment needed and help you improve your strength, flexibility, balance and coordination
Sometimes a stroke, illness, or injury can impact your fine motor skills and capacity to take care of yourself. Occupational therapy can help you or a loved one regain the capability to enjoy everyday activities, such as eating, dressing, and bathing, as well as preparing a meal or enjoying a favorite hobby. Our occupational therapists will develop a specific plan to meet your needs, and work with you to relearn necessary motor skills.
Speech therapy encompasses much more than relearning or refining your ability to form words, and it can service people of all ages. You or a loved one may have suffered a stroke or other illness that has affected the muscles that control swallowing and help you form words. Other conditions subsequent to brain injuries may also benefit from speech therapy.
We always welcome inquiries from nurses, physical and occupation therapists, as well as certified nurse’s assistants.
